Introduction:

MOTOROL RUSTORIN DW grade oil is a solvent deposited, thin film, water displacing type, corrosion preventive oil. Blended with surface active agent, solvent, film forming components and selected additives. The fluid can be directly applied to water wet surface where they displace water and form uniform continuous oil film.

Applications:

These are applied either by dipping or spraying. They are used for protection during storage of machined components, sheet coil, strip bar, extruded steel, stock spares, exposed gearing, conveyors wire ropes and machine tools. Usual precautions with a solvent-based product should be taken while using the product. The protective thin film can be easily removed by organic solvent and alkaline cleaners.
